Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the materials purchased, return them within 30 days of the invoice shipping date for a full refund. Universities and bookstores may return unopened SALT Student CDs for full refund within 6 months of the invoice shipping date. Contact us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Unless the material is damaged or defective, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

SALT Software is dedicated to improving language assessment by developing easy-to-use software for analyzing language samples and by collecting comparison data for a variety of ages, ethnicities, and elicitation contexts.
