Overview This course provides a summary of the SALT transcription conventions. It is an abridged version to quickly get started with transcription, or to serve as a review for those learners who want to brush up on their transcription skills.

Upon completion of the course the participant will be able to:
Enter a transcript using the SALT editor.
Transcribe language samples using basic SALT transcription conventions.
Check a transcript for errors.
