Would the utterance "some of the dogs barks a lot." be marked as an overgeneralization as so: some of the dog/s barks|bark[EO:bark] a lot.

The error in your example is an error of agreement rather than overgeneralization. We would code it as: C Some of the dog/s bark/3s[EW:bark] alot.
